Julie had an incredible time at the launch of her book, SONG AFTER SONG: The Musical Life of Julie Andrews, which was hosted by Second Star to the Right Bookstore in Denver. With a Julie Andrews soundtrack playing in the background and tea cakes and sandwiches available for little eaters, it was a smashing success! 

On the Growing Readers Podcast, Julie talks with host Bianca Schultze about how Song After Song was created after a chance comment from Julie Andrews’ daughter, Emma Walton Hamilton. She talks about her extensive research, including visiting London, where Andrews lived as a child. She hopes the book will  leave you feeling inspired to use your gifts to impact the world.
